Packs are sold as-is with no 1:1 support. They’re priced low to make that possible.

Digital products and download policy

Paid packs are self-serve digital products delivered as downloads after Stripe checkout. The thanks page waits for a buyer click before the ZIP is fetched, so email scanners and link previews should not use up the download.

If delivery fails, contact us with the buyer email and product name so we can check the purchase record without exposing download tokens publicly.

Refunds

Because these are low-cost digital assets delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If there is a duplicate charge or delivery failure, contact us and we’ll fix it.
